Reform implementation schedule:

  • As of September 1, 2026:obligation to receive electronic invoices for all French companies. Obligation to issue electronic invoices for large companies and mid-sized companies.
  • Effective September 1, 2027: requirementfor microbusinesses and SMEs to issue electronic invoices.
