Axess, preferred partner of Docoon.immo

Invoice Real Estate partnership

This partnership allows us to offer real estate professionals a comprehensive solution designed specifically for landlords: compliance with electronic invoicing regulations, seamless integration with Nexia workflows, and standardized, reliable, and proven connectors.  – Olivia De Nunzio, Software Sales Director at Axess.

Axess, a business-oriented digital company and publisher of the Nexia solution, has chosen to adopt  the approved Docoon platform as a white label to enable its customers to comply with the RFE (Electronic Invoicing Reform). Today, the company is signing a new partnership with the Docoon Group to enable its customers in the housing sector (social landlords and real estate companies) to navigate the reform with a dedicated solution. Olivia De Nunzio, Software Sales Director at Axess, explains.

Hello Olivia, could you briefly introduce the Axess Group?

Olivia De Nunzio : Axess is a French group with over 300 employees. It is a major player in digital transformation, particularly in the public and real estate sectors. The Group is organized around three entities: Cloud Computing (hosting of our solutions, data centers in Paris and Lyon), Software & Digital Services (digital communication and marketing). I work in the Software BU, which hosts, publishes, and integrates its own business software solutions, including Nexia.

Nexia is a SaaS platform for document process management. It was originally designed to meet the needs of landlords and the real estate sector. Nexia, a comprehensive digitization solution developed by Axess, automates invoice processing to reduce costs, optimize processing times, and ensure compliance with current standards. Over time, we have forged privileged partnerships with social landlords, as well as experts in digital solutions for real estate management and social housing, such as Aareon.

Very well. What issue led you to contact Docoon.immo, the Docoon group entity that powers Freedz, the only approved real estate and construction platform?

O.D.N.: With the compliance requirements imposed by the RFE, our clients in the housing and real estate sector have asked us to work with a tool tailored to their business needs. That's why, as we were already partners with Docoon in the context of the RFE, we naturally turned to Docoon.immo and its Freedz platform. Axess is thus strengthening its position and support for its real estate clients by becoming a preferred partner of Docoon.immo (formerly Neovacom, a subsidiary of the Docoon Group).

For our customers, this means the assurance of working with a solution that is easy to use, and above all, one that is interoperable with their Nexia environment and their ERP. This partnership allows us to offer real estate professionals a comprehensive solution designed for the leasing business: compliance with electronic invoicing reform, seamless integration with Nexia workflows, and standardized, reliable, and proven connectors. This is the whole point and value of a vertical partnership, rather than just a commercial partnership.

We also need a partner who can provide our clients with advice and expertise to tackle and digest compliance with the RFE.

What made the difference in establishing this partnership with Docoon?

O.D.N.: The Docoon group's specialization in real estate, its in-depth knowledge of landlords' challenges, the robustness of the proven Freedz platform, and the easy integration of the solution into Nexia.

What strengths do your customers mention when they use Nexia enhanced with Freedz?

O.D.N.: It's really the rapid integration of the solution into their existing tools. They don't need to switch from one tool to another. This seamless integration is what customers are looking for. We worked with Docoon in R&D to ensure that our solutions would interface with each other. And on that point, I would like to emphasize the value of this partnership: we work in perfect synergy with the Docoon teams to provide customers with the best solution.

The connectors are already proven, so we save a considerable amount of time to enhance our value proposition! We understand how Docoon solutions work technically, and we have integrated specific cases according to the situation, the ERP system, and the types of connectors to be implemented. Our customers also save money with a solution that can be implemented immediately, which avoids the costs of additional development (auditing, testing, R&D, etc.).

How do the Docoon teams support you?

O.D.N.: Our teams are used to working together and we have an excellent personal and professional relationship with the Docoon teams. We don't hesitate to put our customers in direct contact with the experts if necessary. For example, we organize webinars with Docoon for our customers, during which we discuss the issues surrounding the electronic invoicing reform and the challenges it poses in terms of digitization within the company.

What would you say to a company that is hesitant to take the plunge and adopt the Freedz platform?

O.D.N.: Freedz is designed for the real estate industryand integrates easily with our Nexia solution. It is a proven platform that will enable the company to combine performance and compliance.

What is your view of the RFE?

O.D.N.: Initially, it is a constraint for companies. But the very positive point is that some companies that have not yet digitized their invoicing processes are forced to take the plunge with the reform. As a result, they will implement a precise procedure, secure their exchanges, guarantee payment deadlines, and have true traceability of accounting events. This compliance is a real opportunity to accelerate digitization within the company, with measurable gains : I save a considerable amount of time on my accounting entries, I pay my customers on time, and I have dashboards to let me know if I am behind on payment deadlines, due dates, etc.

Thank you, Olivia, for taking the time to answer our questions.
