Expertise in real estate and construction

Historically, Neovacom (Groupe Docoon) is a software integrator specializing in the interoperability of information systems, facilitating the exchange and use of data. This software is designed for the real estate industry and local authorities in their relations with suppliers. Through an adapted architecture, the company develops and distributes connectors designed to link different systems and applications so that they can dialogue and exchange data.


Then, to comply with regulations on dematerializing invoices in the public sector, Neovacom (Groupe Docoon) supported its customers in setting up connectors for automated data exchange with the Chorus portal. To take this a step further, Neovacom has developed Freedz, a SaaS platform that dematerializes all supplier and customer invoices. This platform perfectly meets the needs of Neovacom's long-standing customer base, as well as those of all SMEs in a market where demand is growing and legislation is extending to the private sector.

Support throughout your project with our CSM

Throughout your project, our Customer Success Manager (CSM) is your privileged contact.
He ensures your satisfaction and facilitates your exchanges with the various Freedz departments. Thanks to our expertise and feedback, we can help our customers transform and improve their accounting and financial processes.

The CSM accompanies you in the use of Freedz and guides you on the connection with your suppliers. Workshops are organized in order to make it easier to get started:

  • Introductory workshop: presentation of the Freedz platform, the different contacts, the role of CSM, the prerequisites for connecting with your suppliers, etc...
  • Connection workshop: presentation of existing suppliers on the platform, analysis of KPIs (volume, percentage of dematerialization according to your suppliers, etc.), ease of connection. Following this workshop, a test phase is set up to validate the integration of your invoices into your business tools.
  • Communication workshop: this is the workshop that officially launches your production launch. Our CSM presents the various communication tools available to your suppliers to support them in this digital transformation (communication kit, organization of webinars, dedicated website, support based in Marseille, etc.).
