Historiquement, Docoon.immo (Ex Neovacom) est un intégrateur de logiciels spécialisé dans l’interopérabilité des systèmes d’information qui facilite les échanges et l’exploitation de données. Ces logiciels sont destinés aux acteurs de l’immobilier et aux collectivités territoriales dans leur relation avec leurs fournisseurs. A travers une architecture adaptée, la société développe et distribue des connecteurs qui visent à relier entre eux différents systèmes et applications pour qu’ils puissent dialoguer et échanger des données.


Puis, pour se conformer à la réglementation en matière de dématérialisation de factures dans le secteur public, Docoon.immo a accompagné ses clients dans la mise en place de connecteurs permettant l’échange automatisé de données avec le portail Chorus. Pour aller encore plus loin, nourrie par le mode de fonctionnement de ce portail, Docoon.immo a développé Freedz, une plateforme SaaS qui dématérialise l’intégralité des factures fournisseurs et clients. Cette plateforme répond parfaitement au besoin de sa clientèle historique et plus largement à l’ensemble des PME/ETI, dans un marché où la demande est croissante et où la législation s’étend au secteur privé.

Support throughout your project with our CSM

Throughout your project, our Customer Success Manager (CSM) is your privileged contact.
He ensures your satisfaction and facilitates your exchanges with the various Freedz departments. Thanks to our expertise and feedback, we can help our customers transform and improve their accounting and financial processes.

The CSM accompanies you in the use of Freedz and guides you on the connection with your suppliers. Workshops are organized in order to make it easier to get started:

  • Introductory workshop: presentation of the Freedz platform, the different contacts, the role of CSM, the prerequisites for connecting with your suppliers, etc...
  • Connection workshop: presentation of existing suppliers on the platform, analysis of KPIs (volume, percentage of dematerialization according to your suppliers, etc.), ease of connection. Following this workshop, a test phase is set up to validate the integration of your invoices into your business tools.
  • Communication workshop: this is the workshop that officially launches your production launch. Our CSM presents the various communication tools available to your suppliers to support them in this digital transformation (communication kit, organization of webinars, dedicated website, support based in Marseille, etc.).
